Dr. Jörg Brettschneider
The founder, director, and shareholder of the firm is Dr. Jörg Brettschneider, German attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt). Jörg has extensive experience in the fields of law outlined, and extensive experience in German-Chinese business cases. He specialises in ecommerce, logistics and manufacturing. His knowledge of Chinese overseas ecommerce is unique among German lawyers and consultants. Jörg studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Cambridge, Queens’ College, Great Britain. He was awarded his PhD degree from Bucerius Law School in 2013. Brettschneider’s PhD studies were partly funded by a full scholarship of the DFG. The dissertation won two awards: Printing grants of the Johanna und Fritz Buch Gedächtnis-Stiftung and the Institute of Law and Economics (DFG-Graduateschool on Law and Economics), University of Hamburg. He was admitted to the bar in the year 2013 (Hamburg bar) after working as a legal assistant for different law firms. After working as an employed lawyer, he started his own law firm in 2015. As well as being a member of the German-Chinese Lawyers Association.

Yiwen Sun is a Chinese lawyer at the law firm. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a second Bachelor's Degree in International Economy and Trade from Wuhan University in 2011. She obtained her Master's Degree in International Law from Xiamen University in 2014 and her Master's Degree in Business Law (LL.M.) from the University of Cologne in 2023. She passed the National Judicial Examination in China in 2013 and received her Chinese lawyer license in 2020.

Xueting Zhang is a paralegal at the law firm . She graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management, and is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Digital Leadership at the Mediadesign Hochschule.
